Assignment Description
Pretend you are a designer working for a food blogger or chef. You need to create a digital recipe book to be available as a download on their website.
You may use recipes from a variety of sources. Your final submission should be in interactive PDF.
Set-Up
Set up a 20* page document in InDesign with the following specifications:
8.5 x 11 in (portrait or landscape is fine)
Margins, columns and gutters can be of your choosing.
*Your document must be at least 20 pages, however, you can include more as needed.
Requirements
- A table of contents with working links to each recipe page, using the method discussed in class.
- At least 15 recipes (No placeholder text. You may use recipes you find online).
- A minimum of three hyperlinks (not including the ones used in the table of contents).
- At least one master page should be created and applied.
- At least one paragraph style and one character style should be created and applied.
Page Layout
- Your design must include a front and back cover.
- At least 12 of your recipes must include a corresponding image.
